We’ll suggest a subject each week, for example Threshold Sessions, Marathon Training, First Ultra, but it’s mainly some time to sit down, have a cuppa/pint and ask any questions you might have or share your own experiences/advice on training, injuries, nutrition, strength and conditioning.
