Dynamic speed sessions on a Tuesday. Incorporate a rep session into your weekly training if you are looking to improve fitness and speed.
Usually on tarmac on a quiet road in Otley, or in summer on a grass track. Keighley track to be used on an ad-hoc basis.

This group caters for a range of paces between 9:30-10:15 min miles (road pace). Due to the mix of paces they pause to regroup at times so that no one is left behind. In summer the group goes off road on trails around Otley. A great place to improve your fitness whilst meeting a chatty friendly bunch.9.30-10.15 minute miles on road, varies off-road
GAP for 12 min mile run-walk

Improvers Group on road. This group is there to take runners who have done the Couch to 5k course and want to continue running distances longer than 5k (3miles)

Fast off-road group. This group is for runners who are confident running off road on rough terrain. In winter mainly on the Chevin, in Summer further afield north of the river. Occasional away-runs on Ilkley Moor and in to the Yorkshire dales summer and winter.
Training night runs will be between 60 and 90 minutes. In winter bring a headtorch and suitable clothing including waterproof, hat gloves as appropriate.

‘Moonlighter’ group over the darker months. Steady off-road pace with head-torches and waterproofs needed in winter. Running on the Chevin or paths and bridleways around Otley.9.30-10.15 minute miles on road, varies off-road, especially at night.

Antonio says: my group is off-road all year round and as well in the dark and muddy nights we use power torches , we do as well quite a lot of fell running . Usually around 6 miles , 12+ min/mile pace for steadier runners in different off-road routes exploring Otley surrounds . We always stick together as group and we are also fairly sociable .
