Events
Events in Blue are Club organised events for members, Green are Club training sessions, Purple are Social events, Red are targeted Club races, Orange are other interesting races.
Monthly post-club meet up to discuss anything around coaching. We’ll suggest a subject each week, for example Threshold Sessions, Marathon Training, First Ultra, but it’s mainly some time to sit down, have a cuppa/pint and ask any questions you might have or share your own experiences/advice on training, injuries, nutrition, strength and conditioning.
Just come to the Cricket Club when you’ve finished your run.
