Saturday 14th December – Park Runs
Leeds parkrun: Chris Hosker completed the course in 20:39 to finish 29th out of 229 runners. The winner was Matthew Akpan in 17:05 and the first lady was Alison Boyle (Hyde Park Harriers) in 20:47.

You will/can break 20 Chris! Just train harder/take more pain. Try a 10K and see if you can crack 40.
