The Committee’s job of selecting the Club’s Runner of the Month seems to get harder and harder every month.

In July there were numerous nominations for the award including John Armitstead, Rogan Ashton, Racheal Bamford, Lloyd Best, Liam Dunne, Sarah Fuller, Matt John, Caroline Marler and Gilly Wight.

However this month there are two winners:

Simon Anderson (pictured) for magnificently completing the Bob Graham Round.

and

Reid Haddow for superb performances in ten races: Burn Valley Half Marathon, Danefield Relay, Park Runs here and here, Run For All 10km, Harrogate League Handicap, Eccup 10 Miles, Danefield Handicap, Yorkshire Wolds Half Marathon and the Idle Trail Race.
