Despite face planting the penultimate water jump (not far off this technique on youtube), I managed to win the Northern 2km Steeplechase Championships in 7:02.43!

Racheal, sorry for the delayed comment but fantastic win and the way you lead from start to finish, just amazing, so great to see you and the OAC vest out there at the front in such a meet. Don’t worry about your little incident at 5:10 on the race video, nobody will notice it. And besides, you’re a top triathlete and the temptation to go for extra swimming practice must have been large in your subconscious…

I liked the video because as well is showing you doing a remarkable perfomance that is significant of how good you are . It is good that you take on your stride several type of athletics that are not your usual racing, it it good experience and makes you stronger .
