Thursday 5th September – Race 9 Eric Smith Trophy – 3000m – 7:30pm

Race 9 of the Eric Smith Trophy is the 3000m track race (7.5 laps)

Note the start time will be some time after 7:30pm, as soon as the track is clear enough, the juniors training usually finish about 7:30pm but there will be some seniors training too, we will have to wait until the track is not to busy.

Thursday 19th September – Dream Mile – 6:30pm – registration from 6pm

Dream Mile – We will be joining Keighley & Craven for their Autumn mile races, if you have run this Springs or last Autumns races you’ll know the format, 5 or 6 seeded races, so you’ll be running against people of similar pace.

When you register in the school’s foyer behind the school’s entrance you will need to give an expected time, to be put in an appropriate race.

Registration 6.00 – 6.30

Approximate race schedule:

Race 1 – 6.40pm – estimated time 8 mins+

Race 2 – 6.55pm – est. time 7-8 mins

Race 3 – 7.10pm – est time 6-7 mins

Race 4 – 7.20pm – est time sub 6 mins

Usual track fee (£2) with money going to our charity of the year Homeless not Hopeless. There will also be a food and clothes bank on the night so please bring a donation if you can.
