Race report: Rogan Ashton

I ran the summer version of this road 10k last week.

It is hosted on one of the quicker courses and runs from Glaxo Smith’s site (other drug providers are available) to loop around the grounds of Buddhist retreat and then back.

Sunny conditions prevailed and a race won in 32:07 and 35:16.

Rogan Ashton 39:51 proved enough for 36th out of 232
