Saturday 30th March – Parkruns
A big well done to everyone who took part at Roberts Park which was the culmination of the couch to 5k sessions, hopefully the first of many parkruns. A speedy fourth for Ross at Chevin Forest and a Parkrun pb this week for Billy at North Yorkshire Water Park. Well done all.

In the Chevin forest Ross M. had a great performance , Ross crossed the finish line with a fast 20.09 . In Leeds Andrew W. had a super run , he finished with a solid 22.41 . Well done everyone especially the coach to 5k runners and junior Mia N.
