As this was local and I run most weeks on the Chevin, Youngster Lee Grumbrell joined us veterans Don and Antonio. Think it involves going up and down both sides of the Chevin as much as possible. Still familiar ground does make it easier. Please to have finished under 2hrs this time.

In this tough local race Lee G. had a super run , Lee crossed the finish line of this 8 miler with a quite fast 1.26 . My friend Donald B. had a great performance too , he finished with a solid 2.07 . Also Colin Bet had a good run , he finished with a robust 1.52 .
