A great turnout for the couch to 5k group run at Roberts Park, well done everyone. First and second place finishes there for Emma Hart and Mia Naylor. Parkrun pb’s this week for Milly Spencer at the Chevin Forest. Pamela Tranter at Coventry. Helen Alston at Durham. Eddy Lines, Gordon Turley, Chris Brunold, Simon Green and Hannah Lupton all at Roberts Park.

Another victory for Emma H. in Roberts Park , she crossed the finish line in a fast 21.13 , well done Emma . Also junior Mia N. had a splendid 5k , Mia finished in a super time of 23.04 . Well done to everyone .
