Brilliant victory for Edward H. in Bradford , Ed crossed the finish line in a very fast 16.44 . Howard J. slowly is coming to form , he did 5k in a solid 24.27 . On the Chevin Forest Lorna L. had a good run finishing in a robust 34.57. Well done all .
