Edward H. is in good form winning once again in the Chevin Forest , the youngster crossed the finish line in a significant 17.40 , well done Edward . In Elgin Cadan H. had a splendid run finishing in a fast 18.15 . Also Beth M. had a brilliant run in Roberts Park finishing in a solid 21.43. Well done everyone .
The result for Heslington is for 2nd July. I done way gooder in 24.46 this week!
24.46 is a good time for 5k , well done Howard !
