Another win for Beth M. in Barnsley , Beth crossed the finish line in a splendid 22.17 . In Bramhall Ross M. had a great performance finishing in a strong 18.36 . In Worcester Richard S. had a fast run finishing in a significant 17.47 . Also Lorna L. had a solid run in the Chevin Forest finishing in a good 35.18 . Well done all .
